How To Book
The easiest and fastest way to book is by using our bespoke online booking facility. In order to use this customers are required to have set up an online account at www.otooles.co.uk.
To access or set up an account please click on the following link BOOK ONLINE or click on 'Existing Customers' or 'New Customers' found on the top right hand conrner just above the office telephone number on each web page.
Payments can also be made over the phone during normal office hours.
We accept most UK credit and debit cards. However credit card companies charge us to debit your card. Rather than pass this expense on to all our customers we think it's fairer to simply charge the customers who wish to choose to pay by credit card. If you pay by credit card there will be a 2% charge but there is no charge for paying with debit cards.
As from September 2010 we will no longer accept payment for swimming lessons via cheque.
Unfortunately we do not accept childcare vouchers for swimming lessons.
