Staff Training & Development
Those that understand the importance of training absolutely know this to be a fact. It's not a belief or an opinion, or a preference. It's certainly not an attitude. It's a cold hard fact: training is important.
O'Tooles embraces the idea of in house training and works with the Swimming Teachers Association, Amateur Swimming Association and the Royal Lifesaving Society to deliver an array of quality training courses.
We firmly believe in developing from within and the success of our business is testament to this. Most of the Swimming Teachers, Lifeguards and Holiday Activity staff were once Swimming School pupils.
We have also taken on board the need for high quality Tutors to take training courses and have trained senior members of staff to lead these sessions on our behalf.
